By accessing and using ONE⚡CASH (CCE Cash) cryptocurrency exchange service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

ONE⚡CASH provides an instant cryptocurrency exchange service that allows users to exchange various cryptocurrencies without the need for account registration. Our service includes:

  • Cryptocurrency-to-cryptocurrency exchange
  • Fixed and floating exchange rates
  • Integration with multiple exchange partners
  • Anonymous exchange processing

No Registration Required

Users can access our exchange services without creating an account. However, certain transactions may require identity verification (KYC) in accordance with our AML/KYC policies and applicable laws.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate transaction information
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Verify all wallet addresses before confirming transactions
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not engage in money laundering or other illegal activities
  • Not attempt to manipulate or abuse our exchange rates

Transaction Process

Exchange Flow:

  1. You select the cryptocurrencies you wish to exchange
  2. You provide your receiving wallet address
  3. We create a transaction and provide a deposit address
  4. You send cryptocurrency to the provided address within the time limit (typically 30 minutes for fixed-rate exchanges)
  5. Upon confirmation, we process the exchange and send funds to your specified address

Exchange Rates

Fixed Rate Exchanges:

For fixed-rate exchanges, the rate is locked at the time of transaction creation for a specified period (typically 30 minutes). You will receive the exact amount shown at the time of transaction creation.

Floating Rate Exchanges:

For floating-rate exchanges, the final rate depends on the actual exchange time. Market fluctuations may result in you receiving more or less than the initially estimated amount.

Fees and Charges

All fees are included in the exchange rate displayed. These may include:

  • Network transaction fees
  • Exchange partner fees
  • Service fees

The exact amount you will receive is displayed before you confirm the transaction.

Transaction Limits

While we generally do not impose minimum or maximum transaction limits, certain cryptocurrencies or exchange pairs may have specific limitations based on:

  • Liquidity availability
  • Network requirements
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Partner exchange restrictions

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our services to:

  • Launder money or finance terrorism
  • Purchase or sell illegal goods or services
  • Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or harmful code

KYC/AML Compliance

We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) for any transaction that our automated risk prevention system flags as suspicious. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in:

  • Transaction suspension
  • Possible refund (minus network fees)
  • Address blacklisting for repeated violations

Refunds and Cancellations

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once you send cryptocurrency to our deposit address:

  • The transaction cannot be cancelled
  • Refunds are only available in specific circumstances (KYC refusal, service errors, etc.)
  • Network fees will be deducted from any refunds
  • Refund processing may take up to 24-72 hours

Supported and Unsupported Assets

Warning: Only send cryptocurrencies that are explicitly supported by our platform. Sending unsupported coins or tokens may result in permanent loss of funds with no possibility of recovery.

Third-Party Services

We work with various third-party partners including:

  • Cryptocurrency exchanges (Binance, OKX, Bitfinex, etc.)
  • Payment processors (NowPayments)
  • KYC providers (SumSub)

While we maintain responsibility for our services, third-party providers may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third parties.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance and updates
  • Technical difficulties
  • DDoS attacks or security threats
  • Blockchain network congestion
  • Force majeure events

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for losses due to market volatility
  • We are not responsible for errors in user-provided information (wrong addresses, etc.)
  • We are not liable for delays caused by blockchain networks
  • We are not responsible for third-party service failures
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount of the specific transaction in question

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ONE⚡CASH, its operators, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any laws or regulations
  • Infringement of third-party rights

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on this website are owned by ONE⚡CASH or licensed to us. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use our trademarks or branding
  • Reverse engineer or decompile our software

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

  2. Provide all relevant transaction details
  3. Allow up to 72 hours for investigation
  4. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to arbitration

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international cryptocurrency exchange standards and applicable local laws where our services are provided.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
